Myanmar : Cyclone Mocha damage

The Cycle Mocha has disrupted few states in Myanmar.

You are welcome to help.

Please contact the Red Cross Association at your area for more details.

The full scale of the damage from Cyclone Mocha in Myanmar remains unclear, as the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) works to address the immediate needs of people in the country, including securing water resources, shelter and food. Myanmar is one of the countries most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change, and the IFRC had already been spreading early warning messages to inform people about the risks, along with evacuating people from hospitals, before the cyclone hit. Ms Nadia Khoury, head of delegation for the IFRC in Myanmar, shares more with CNA’s Asia First.
