Hello,

Thank you for your appeal. We appreciate your continued interest in our program. However, after taking into consideration the information that you have provided, we have confirmed that we are unable to reinstate your publisher account.

Please note that your account will not receive further payments. You are not eligible for further participation in our publisher programs, and may not create new accounts.

Thank you for understanding.

If you had read the part 1 of our post, you should have known the unfair treatment from AdSense.

We certainly understood the heavy loads of mails to the team, it is however, the system is bad. 

Facing problem, we have to change for better. Without AdSense help, we would look at the local, revive our initial aim.

Can my account be reinstated after being disabled for invalid traffic?

We're willing to work with you to resolve any issues you might have. If you feel that this decision was made in error, and if you can maintain in good faith that the invalid traffic was not due to the actions or negligence of you or those for whom you are responsible, you may appeal through our invalid activity appeal form.

When we receive your appeal, we'll do our best to inform you quickly and will proceed with appropriate action as necessary. Note that there's no guarantee that your account will be reinstated.

After we've reached a decision on your appeal, further appeals may not be considered.

Lets be honest here, one of the actual reasons why google would disable one's account for invalid activity, is - to avoid payment, especially when big amounts of money are in play. Obviously Google is technologically advanced enough to implement a clever system, that would automatically detect all invalid clicks, based on various already well known criteria, and automatically mark those clicks as false, thus excluding them from payment program. In such fair circumstances, one could him self do infinite invalid clicks, or ask anyone to do so, and yet, at the end, get paid for valid clicks only. So, as you see, there is no real reason to disable one's account for invalid clicks activity, unless you want to avoid paying money to that account.
