The newly elected Health Minister, Khairy Jamaluddin has firmed on the issue for dining in the restaurant with fully vaccination customers.
There are local people do not want to accept vaccination though it is free for all citizens.
The Covid-19 pandemic in Malaysia is still high by international standard.
